run. lift. live your life.

why I built this?

The coach is running.

if you're reading this you've probably tried a few things already. the 6am challenge that lasted ten days. the meal plan that turned eating into a math problem. the workout split you found on instagram that made sense for three weeks and then life got in the way. none of it stuck, not because you didn't want it to, but because none of it was built for a woman with a full-time job, weekend plans, and a real life she's not willing to give up.

this is built different. a hybrid training program. running and lifting, programmed together, that flexes around your week instead of asking your week to flex around it. weekly check-ins where me, your coach, actually reads what you wrote. recovery coaching that teaches you to listen to your body instead of punishing it. and a community of women doing the exact same thing, at the exact same time, who get it.

no calorie tracking. no all-or-nothing. no starting over on monday. just a routine that finally lasts for the long-run.

i'm meg. i built this because i was the woman i just described. i trained while working a full-time job. i figured out how to run without hating it. i learned how to come back after an off week without letting it become an off month. and somewhere along the way i realized the thing nobody teaches, that fitness doesn't have to be intense to be consistent. you don't have to suffer to see results. you just need a real plan and someone in your corner who actually knows you.

this program is everything i figured out, packaged into a routine you can actually follow. i will personally build every aspect of your coaching, you're not buying a pdf and hoping for the best, you're getting me, my team, and a system that's already worked for hundreds of women just like you.

FAQs

I've never followed a real training plan before. is this too advanced for me?

No. the first 4 weeks are designed for exactly this. we set your baseline weights, dial in your form, and build the rhythm. you don't need to be fit to start — you just need to be ready to show up :)

I can't run. or i don't like running. is this still for me?

yes. running is part of the program but you're not training for a marathon. we start with walk-sprint sessions and short tempo runs. most of my clients didn't consider themselves runners when they started. now they look forward to their run days ✨

what equipment do i need?

dumbbells, a barbell, a bench, long band, short band, jump rope. a gym membership covers all of this. you don't need a home gym :)

how is this different from a free workout plan on instagram?

a free plan doesn't know you. doesn't adjust when life happens. doesn't have a coach who actually reads your check-ins. this is real coaching with a real plan that progresses based on what you tell me every week ✨

what if i fall off?

message me. that's literally what i'm here for. the women who stay consistent in this program aren't the ones who never have hard weeks — they're the ones who tell me when they're having one and we adjust together :)
