And that was on purpose

Whatever it was, that hesitation is allowed. I'm not going to try to talk you out of it, and I'm definitely not going to send you seventeen emails about it. But here's what I see in almost every girl who gets to this exact page. She doesn't stop because she doesn't want this. She stops because she has started something like this before, and it did not stick, and she is tired of being disappointed in herself. So you might be sitting there thinking: What if I start this and quit again in three weeks? I've spent money on this before and it didn't change anything. Four months is a really long time to commit to. Maybe I should get myself sorted first, and then do this properly. That last one is the one I want to talk about, because it comes up constantly and it is completely backwards. You do not need to have it figured out before you get support. That is the whole reason support exists. And the quitting thing? That was never a discipline problem. You have clearly got discipline, you've been trying for years. It's that nothing you tried was ever actually built around your real life. So you white-knuckle it for three weeks and one bad week takes the whole thing down.
I know it sounds like a lot. It's the part people hesitate on the most, so let me be honest about why it exists.
Your first month is where we clear the noise and rebuild your trust in yourself. Your 2nd is where we push, because by then you can. Everything after is where it stops being a program you're doing and starts being how you live.
Anything shorter and you stop right before the part you actually came for. That is the restart cycle, just with a nicer name on it. The commitment isn't me locking you in. It's the only thing that has ever made this stick.
You don't need perfect timing. You don't need to feel ready. You just need to be a little bit open to this being different.
